Zilliant ships a "Precision Pricing Platform" and picks up fresh analyst recognition
The B2B pricing vendor's latest platform push comes alongside a Leader placement in QKS Group's SPARK Matrix for B2B Price Optimization & Management.

Zilliant unveiled its Precision Pricing Platform on April 23, 2025, positioned by the company as a way to convert what it calls "pricing anxiety" — the hesitation sales and pricing teams feel when they don't trust the numbers behind a quote — into a source of competitive advantage, by tightening the link between price guidance and the underlying data driving it.
The launch built on momentum Zilliant had already established with analysts: the company was named a Leader in QKS Group's 2024 SPARK Matrix for B2B Price Optimization & Management, published in November 2024, one of several third-party analyst evaluations Zilliant has cited alongside Gartner and Forrester commentary on the B2B pricing category.
Zilliant, a Madison Dearborn Partners portfolio company that has raised roughly $80 million to date, has been particularly aggressive on AI positioning over the past year, following its October 2025 launch of agentic AI features and an industry-first Model Context Protocol server for pricing (covered separately on this site), and a January 2026 announcement tied to a customer win with German industrial manufacturer Julius Hoesch GmbH & Co. KG.
The company has also leaned on its own market research to justify the pace of investment: a 2025 Zilliant survey of 550 pricing professionals found 97% were actively investing in, evaluating, or at least discussing pricing technology purchases — a striking number worth reading as directional signal from a vendor-commissioned survey of its own addressable market, rather than as an independently verified industry-wide statistic.
