Vendors Racing to Add Agentic AI Features to Pricing and CPQ Platforms in 2026
Salesforce, Oracle, and Conga are among vendors embedding agentic AI directly into pricing and quoting workflows this year.

Major pricing and CPQ software vendors are racing to embed agentic AI capabilities directly into pricing and quoting workflows throughout 2026, reflecting a broader industry shift from AI-assisted recommendations toward AI agents capable of taking action with limited human oversight.
Salesforce has positioned its Agentforce Revenue Management capabilities as a flagship example of this shift, while Oracle has emphasized embedded AI margin-risk detection within its CPQ platform, which was separately recognized as a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for the ninth consecutive year. Conga has similarly highlighted neural-network-based predictive pricing within its Revenue Lifecycle Cloud, following its own Leader recognition in Gartner's new B2B Pricing and Rebate Optimization Magic Quadrant.
The common thread across these announcements is a move away from AI that simply surfaces a recommended price for a human to approve, toward AI agents that can autonomously execute routine pricing and quoting decisions within governed guardrails, freeing pricing analysts to focus on exceptions and strategic decisions rather than high-volume routine quoting.
